Er. K.S Binod, Civil & Construction Management consultant in Brace Management has more than 30 years of experience in the field of structural engineering. He graduated in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology in 1993. With an in-depth understanding of the construction economy and its applications he is into developing innovative, sound structural systems which appeal to the architectural aesthetics. With his expertise in the design of an extensive variety of building types he is leading the company to great heights. He is skilled in the design of retail centres, office buildings, schools, hospitals, university campuses, residential housing, high rise buildings and renovation and retrofitting of structures.

AR. SHYLESH BHASKER M. ARCH
Architectural Consultant of Brace Management, Ar. Shylesh Bhasker is a graduate of the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Kerala. He set up a practice as a freelance Architect in 1992 and later on in 1996 completed his Masters in Architecture from Anna University. He established his own studio in general architectural & urban design practice – Aus Architecture in Bangalore with clients across public, private and voluntary sectors. He has more than 30 years of experience as an Architect.
Ar. Shylesh Bhasker draws inspiration from the spectacular traditional architecture of India in his design & creative excellence marks his works. He tries to explore the complexities of spaces and evolve new concepts with his versatile, adaptive designs. While insisting on a personalised approach in all his projects he also encourages an open exchange of ideas between the client and the firm throughout the development of a project.

Er. Ratheesh M. R, Structural Consultant at Brace Management is a graduate from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and a postgraduate from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Kerala. He has more than 20 years of work experience in India and Middle East in the field of steel and foundation design. Er. Ratheesh is experienced in the design of an extensive range of structures including housing developments, multi storied residential and commercial buildings, hotels, shopping malls, educational institutions, hospitals etc. He has also designed industrial buildings, religious institutions, water treatment plants and is experienced in renovation, rehabilitation and retrofitting of structures. His expertise lies in the design of steel and composite structures and intricate foundation designs.
